The Montana Association of Conservation Districts Employees Organization has been functioning since 1994.  The main goals of the organization as stated in the current Policies and Procedures are:

· To provide a positive and productive environment.

· To provide training and assistance as needed.

· To provide new administrator training (orientation).

· To exchange ideas and information on district activities.

Membership is available to any district employee in the state of Montana.  Dues are $20 per year.  Non-district employees may join as affiliate members and may not vote, but may take part in any EO sponsored training free of charge.

Area Representatives:

2 people are elected from each area to represent that area at meetings and to distribute back to their area items that were discussed at meetings if other members could not attend.  The tables below show current officers and area representatives.
